Our self catering holiday home features large picture windows overlooking Peak District countryside. Spend an afternoon curled up with a good book in the cosy living room; enjoy the large garden or choose one of the many activities the area has to offer.
Walk in woods or moor, cycle to Carsington Water or Cromford on the High Peak trail - (at the end of the garden) or soak up the rich local history.

You'll instantly feel at home in our clean, comfortable house. We provide towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, dishes, pots and pans — all the amenities you need for a relaxing retreat.
- Our house can accommodate up to 4 adult overnight guests.
- Childrens cots, toys and safety gates etc. are all avalable on request.
Sorry, we are not able to accept dogs (excluding assistance dogs).

Amenities include:
Ground floor
Lounge: With flat screen TV with a Fire stick (smart TV) , DVD player, log burner stove (gas) and radio/CD player
Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and table and four chairs. (Table extends and more chairs are available)
Additional freezer in the utility room.
Family Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin
Bedroom 1: With twin beds

Bedroom 2: With double bed and fitted wardrobes
Utility room: Ideal for boots, wet gear with door leading to the garden and seating area by the Rose garden. Freezer.
Free WiFi is provided.
Green Acres has gas central heating throughout complemented by a Log Burner stove (gas) in the living room for cosy nights in.
If you have toddlers we have a travel cot and highchair available as well as fireguard and safety gate. Children will enjoy the play house built around a tree in the garden, the swings and the arial walkway / pirate ship with its slide in the woodland.
Washer and dryer facilities are also available for your use.
